Thanksgiving is over - your challenge is to use and not waste the leftover food

Hopefully your guests took home tons of food that they will enjoy over the next couple of days. But we all know that you are still left with way more than you can consume. Challenge yourself with creating great leftover dishes, storing your food properly, and freezing the food so you may enjoy it throughout the winter season.
